User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the use of the website ifpc-usa.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), owned by the International Federation of Professional Couching inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"), owned by Kseniya Yurieva, with its registered office at 12955 Biscayne Blvd Ste 200 # 308 Miami, FL 33181, contact e-mail: ifpc-usa@gmail.com.

1.2. By using this Website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to its terms, please do not use the Website.

2.3. "Services" means all services, functions and features provided on the Website.

3. Subject of the Agreement

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.2. The Administration agrees to:

7. Changes to the Agreement

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to the User.

7.2. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website.

8. Dispute

Resolution 8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

8.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute is subject to consideration in the court at the location of the Administration, namely: city of Miami, State of Florida, USA.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. This Agreement is a public offer.

9.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

9.3. All issues not regulated by this Agreement are governed by the current legislation: State of Florida, USA.
